I'm a writer and work in book publishing. My apartment is in Manhattan (Greenwich Village), and I'm looking for a comparable one in Paris (St. Germain, Rue Cler, Marais, Montmartre, or anyplace artistic and convenient), specifically: a studio or 1-bedroom, a very comfortable bed, Internet, convenience to cafés, bookstores, libraries, and markets, a neighborhood that is walking-friendly, tips & recommendations on inexpensive things to see and do in your area. Note that I am allergic to cats and birds, so I prefer no animals in your place, please. I'm fine with dogs, though; in fact, I'd be very glad to dogsit as well.
